    I was reviewing the system requirements for the CDE add-on to Release Automation 6.3.  We currently run our environment on a Microsoft SQL 2012 database.  I only see MySQL listed as supported database types for the CDE installation documentation.  Does anyone have any experience installing the CDE add-on to an existing version of Release Automation running on a Microsoft SQL database?  Are there any gotchas or additional considerations that I should make before trying to install CDE if I am running Microsoft SQL server 2012?

    Chris,

     

    CDE only support MySQL as its repository.

     

    You will need to install MySQL 5.7 as the CDE repository.
