Trouble Installing CDA in Tomcat

I am running Automic 12.3.0 and am trying to install CDA into our Automic instance. I have gotten to this step of the installation:

When I attempt to add webui-plugin-bond-*.jar, webui-plugin-pluginmanager-*.jar, and webui-plugin-actionbuilder-*.jar
to my C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\webapps\awi\WEB-INF\autoinstall
the folder C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\webapps\awi\config\webui-plugin-bond

is not created, even if I restart tomcat. How can I overcome this?

1) Did you have a look into AWI's log-files? Are there any anomalies?​
2) Are awi.war and webui-plugin-bond*.jar from the same Offering? Do you take the files from the latest available download? CDA 12.3.3 https://downloads.automic.com/jart/prj3/dlc/main.jart?rel=en&reserve-mode=active&content-id=1441124704571&action=get&release_delivery_id=1600635833168
3) According to the Compatibility Matrix Tomcat 7 is not supported https://docs.automic.com/tools/compatibility_matrix?compatibility-mode=component&offering_version_id=1580454645229&lifecycle_entity_id=1409143059257

Hi Dillion,

It is tomcat 9.x for AWA/CDA12.3.x.

What is the version of your AWA?

Thanks for the help all! I updated from Tomcat 7 to Tomcat 9 and updated the awi.war file. This solved my issue.
