ARA Agent showing inactive status

Hi 

When I install ara linux agent on  a new VM, in AWI it showing status as inactive but able to execute commands with that agent. Please suggest any parameter needs to be added/enabled in ini file for this?
I followed standard process to install the agent with SM as given in documentation. 

Any help/inputs will be appreciated.

If you can really execute jobs on that agent, it is probably just a "refresh" issue. In the agent overview, there should be a "Refresh" button. After clicking that, is the agent still shown as inactive?

If yes, can you share some screenshots, when executing something on that agent and a job report?
