How do I clone Action and save it into different Action Pack?

Is there a way while cloning an Action to save it into different Action Pack then original?

For example, we have created custom Action Pack and want to clone one of the existing Actions from different Action Pack into this new one to use it as a base?

Hello Vlad Navazhylau

You can perform the Action Clone from one Package to another Package if you use Action Builder 3.0.0
 and to use Action builder 3.0.0 you have to use AWI 12.1 it will work like the screenshot below

Since Action Builder is a plugin, I believe, do you know what hard dependency does Action Builder v3.0.0 have on AWI 12.1 and AE 12.1?

Is it possible that Action Builder v3.0.0 would work with AWI+AE 12.0.2, that we currently have running?

If AWI 12.1 is a hard dependency for Action Builder v3, can AWI 12.1 work OK with AE 12.0.2 (or 12.0.4)?

We are not ready to upgrade Automation Engine to 12.1 due to several concerns, but if AWI and ARA 12.1 Web Interfaces work with 12.0.x AE that could be an option for us.

Hi,
Action Builder 3.X is unfortunately not compatible with AE/ARA v12.0.X.
What you however can manually copy the action in the AE. If you need help with that, just drop a line.

Is it possible for Vlad_Navazhylau_6186 to use Action Builder v2.0.4 with AE/ARA v12.0.x since it also has the Cloning capabilities?  I found the documentation here.

Does 2.0.4 have clone into different Action Pack capabilities?

Hi Harriet Kim, Vlad Navazhyla  The clone action actually work without any problem however It 's only supported inside this Action Package, It doesn't support clone action from one Package to another Package. :(
