Login issues with Azure cloud API gateway

Hi Team,

I have implemented API Gateway on Azure cloud. Now the issues is that neither ssgconfig nor root password is remember. So i wanted to know the steps on how to troubleshoot it. I refer the doc and it says that we need to edit the file /etc/pam.d/password-auth file but to do that i don't know root password of Gateway too. 

Do i need to first unlock the root account how we do for OVA setup or any other guide I need to follow.  Please help accordingly. Many thanks in advance.
