    hi team,
              I am using Translate MIME to HTTP Form Assertion to create handle individual items in multipart message. 

    This is generating key value pairs. The value seems to be url encoded. How to convert this back? 

    My attachment is an image/png file. If i use Decode assertion available in Gateway, the result seems to be corrupted.
