Is there support for Proxy protocol

Hi All,

Is the proxy protocol supported ?

My loadbalancer setup can do the Proxy protocol at TCP level.

Can the API gateway understand this ?
The only reference I could find was this almost 4 year old idea

Hi,

Digging this one from the grave.

Nowadays it become more and more difficult to have Source IP preservation, especially on Cloud providers, or in Kubernetes.
Only way is to have native cloud load-balancers use PROXY protocol as to put this source IP info into the TCP flow.
Having L7 handle PROXY protocol could enable us to acually use IP filtering.
