  • 1.  Taking More load average in one node in cluster

    Posted Sep 21, 2020 08:41 AM
    hi Team,

    Summary:
Initially we were receiving load average of 1-2 in both the node of the cluster, since last two days one of the node is getting load average more than 15 and another node is getting load average of 1.5 to 2.0
    gateway version:9.2

    Query:
please helps us to identify why one node is getting load AVG more than 15.

    Thanks,
    Ravitej Reddy

    Hello Ravitej,

Are you having any performance issues or service outages?  You may want to look at the below doc on troubleshooting the gateway for such events.

    hi Matthew,
    Thanks Matthew for your support.

We are using Application load balancer.
Load balancer is used for bifurcating traffic basis on requests. Configured as per CA services recommendation in 2017 till now we haven't faced any issues but from past 2days the load on one server is extremely high and reaching 10-12.
    Algorithm: Least connection
    Persistency: Yes
Please find the below some of the Screen shot of dashboard cluster status in which we are getting load average of 110-130.

    Thanks,
