Post metrics to Azure LogAnalytics policy

Hi All,

I have created a policy fragment (Policy-Backed Service Operation) to get the metrics in #microsoftazure #loganalytics workspace.

So you can use #metrics data to #monitoring  your API Gateway performance and policy behaviour.

You can also set alerts in LogAnalytics, so if too many requests fail you will get informed.
You need to set some cluster wide variables. See the comment of the comment assertion.

I run this fragment every minute.
