    We are using CA gateway 9.2 and developer portal v3.5
    As of today, we are limited with certain capabilities of developer portal and hence we want some of those features from our in house development.
    As part of that, we are trying to evaluate, if CA supports API for creating a new organization, application, managing account and api plan for the organization instead of perfoming those from developer portal UI.

    If not all of these, at least the API to create an application is what we are looking for.
