Need demo environment for practice

I am a partner employee (Infosys) and want to perform post installation development work on policy manager, GW, OTK. Can you please provide me virtual environment details where I can do these activities

Option 1: You have an option of Docker on your local machine

Option 2: Set up Virtualbox or VSphere Workstation download the OVA file and import it on you local machine 

You will require a license file in both cases. You may need to request a demo license on the support portal.

Saas option is only available for Portal not sure with the gateway as of now
