Hi, I have the same situation with Portal 4.5, However, the tenant name change is needed because the original name has a "-" in it and I believe it is causing issues with the Bulk Sync of Applications. (Everything else works fine).
Can we migrate the data from one tenant to another easily enough otherwise? Has anyone got a PAPI script to do this for example?

Unfortunately there is no real officially supported process for changing an existing hostname on the Portal.
My recommendation would be to look at alternative solutions if possible for now based on whatever your main goal of the hostname change is exactly. For example, is it just so your customers will see a different hostname? If so, maybe it'd be much easier to simply throw a VIP/LB in front of the Portal and have that VIP be the hostname you'd like to change the Portal to. That way your customers see the new hostname and you can leave the Portal in it's working state without risk.

We need to change the tenant name on our API Developer Portal, our version is 4.2.9.3. We are not sure if there's an official procedure to change the tenant name including every place the name is referenced within the Portal environment. any ideas?
