OTK Policies have two components. Read-only components that are set of action that on CA modifies a provide update in the form of upgrades. You can customize the policies by looking in the customization folder inside OTK folder. These are policies that you can use to override parameters like Lifetime, iss and other servers related information.
The way to look for is all # policies in customization folder there are override policies
E.g for Read Only policy
OTK Variable Configuration there will be an override variable policy
