  • 1.  JMS Destination Failure Queue Configuration

    Hi community,
    I facing some problems to configure a failure queue in a JMS inbound scenario for AMQP.

    I tried the following configuration:

    • I created a new JMS Inbound configuration for AMQP
    • JMS Destination -> Inbound
    • Inbound Options ->  I set Acknowledgement Behavior to "On Completion"
    • Enabled "Send failed request to specified queue"
    • Inserted the name of the queue ("BackoutQueue") to which the message should be send in error cases.
    • I created the queue "BackoutQueue" in my ActiveMQ broker

    I tried to verify the configuration by clicking "Test settings" and received a NamingException in the gateway log.
    I removed the queue name, clicked on "Test settings" and it was successful.

    How can I specify the queue name to which the message must be send in error cases?

    regards
    Andreas

    Andreas,

    Good evening. I would recommend that you reach out to support and request the AMQP tactical assertion that is specifically designed to work with AMQP queues.

    Sincerely,
