  • 1.  Gateway support for XACML 3.0?

    Hi,

     

    What are the plans for having XACML 3.0 support in the API Gateway assertions?

    It has been out there since 2013.

    Supported versions seems to be 1 and 2 only even in 9.0.

    We do have some heavily customized support for XACML 3.0 that is maintained by our tactical development and engineering team. I would recommend that you do two things:

    1. Open an Idea in the API Management Community to request productized support
    2. Open a CA APIM Support issue requesting access to the XACML tactical artifacts

    If you are going to open an issue to request these materials then please provide the a detailed business use case that describes the XACML 3.0 implementation and why the existing XACML implementation is insufficient to your needs at this time. Providing this information in advance will expedite the request to authorize the release of these materials.

     

    Please be advised that the release of these materials is discretionary based upon the judgment of the API Management tactical engineering supervisory team.
