I am trying to delete OTK in order to reinstall it from scratch.
I uninstall the Solution Kit, restart the Gateway but when I try to delete the OTK folder I have multiple pop up and I can't delete it.

Where does it come from ?
Is there a documentation about all the errors that can appear during the different installations of the CA products ?

I found the answer.
I just had to do :
Tasks > Extensions and Add-Ons > Manage Encapsulated Assertions
and delete all the Encapsulated Assertions related to OTK.
