Service Manager is not starting UC4 agent

I installed a new uc4 agent. When I installed Service Manager following the automic service manager install guide. ServiceManager is not restarting the Uc4 agent.

When I log onto AWI administrator tab and try to start the agent I get this error message.

the error above was resolved when I logged into client zero and updated the section for Service Manager (Phrase, Port and check the box for “Link Agent to Service Manager”) 

Now, When I log onto the server and manually start the agent I get this error message

 Or the “The Link to The Service Manager is being updated....” run for a few mins then eventually “Time Out” displays.

I updated the service manager dialogue ini file on our main uc4 server. I am now able to stop and start the server from the awi admin site. Still not able to stop/start on the agent/server using the service manager services.
