sys and system database accounts changing passwords

  • 1.  sys and system database accounts changing passwords

    We are moving our Application Manager databases from  Oracle 12.1 to 18.5.  It is recommended to make the passwords more difficult.

    Is there any restrictions on how to change the sys and system accounts in the Application Manager database?

    And if you could send a doc on how to change the database login account (appworx is ours).
