    Hi Team, 

          We are in process of upgrading the Automic oracle retail agent.  We are not able to start the agent, after the upgrade.  Also we dont find the log files in the temp folder as well. 

    I have followed the below steps.

    1. UNIX: Unpack the ucxjcitx.tar.gz file.
    2. Edited the ucxjcitx.ini file
    3. Installed the RA.Oracle.Retail_RA.Oracle.Retail.Solution_2_1_1+build.1266.zip setup

    $ pwd
    /uacdan/oracle/Automic/Agents/OracleRetail
    $ ls
    bin temp ucxjcitx.tar
    $ cd bin
    $ ls
    cache external groovy-all.jar java-agent-lib.jar lib OracleRetailAgent shared uc4.jar uc.msl ucxjcitx.ini ucxjcitx.jar ucxjcitx.kstr ucxjcitx.sh
    $


    Can you please advice what is missing and why the log also not written?
