  • 1.  CA PM : DA Unit dadaemon.service could not be found

    Hi Guys, 

    We're having trouble with Data Aggregator in CA PM. 

     We were planning to reboots all 4 four servers ( PM, DR, DA, DC).


    firstly, I had stopped all necessary processes and databases in DR in orders ( DA, DC, DR, PM), then I started to reboot servers. 

    When I Re-started the necessary process in order like PM, DR then DA. Unfortunately, I could not find dadaemon service in DA, it seems to be deleted during a reboot but I'm not sure what happened. 

     
    Even have a look I have only data and Logs directory under IMDataAggregator

    [root@ca-data-aggregator-lab IMDataAggregator]# pwd
    /opt/IMDataAggregator
    [root@ca-data-aggregator-lab IMDataAggregator]# ls
    data  Logs
    [root@ca-data-aggregator-lab IMDataAggregator]#

    Should I re-install again ?? or is there any other way to get it back. 

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hello Himanshu,

    Is this question in reference to CA Performance Management?  If so, it should be posted in the DX NetOps community and I can move it there once you confirm the product.
