  • 1.  AppWorx 9.3 and Oracle 18c

    The compatibility matrix claims that AppWorx 9.3 is compatible with Oracle 18c, but that has not been the case with our site. RmiServer throws an array index out of bounds exception when attempting to load job history data, which prevents AWAPI from coming up.  Deleting the rows in the SO_JOB_HISTORY gets AppWorx past the error, but it then throws the same exception when attempting to load forecast.  Has anyone else experienced this problem with AppWorx 9.3 and Oracle 18c?

    I ran into something similar where we were going from oracle 12c to 19c using appworx 9.3.  There's a section in the manual labeled "Notes for Oracle 18c (or 19)" there are 5 steps to complete. Afterwards I had to rerun the installer with these instructions:  https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=92389.  Hope that helps.

    I appreciate the head's up. I am not a DBA, but I have notified my DBA. I handle application and application infrastructure (a.k.a. middleware) maintenance for our Banner-based ecosystem.

    By the way, I receive a "404- Page Not Found" error when I clicked the link you provided.
