This is Janet from Johnson County Community College. We are a Banner & Automic school. We are looking at adding Banner Job Scheduling to our IT Service Catalog.
How are other higher ed schools receive Automic (Applications Manager) requests (new or changes) from functional areas/ business groups (ie, FinAid, Finance, Registrar, etc.) ? Is there a ticketing tool or other application used? We used TeamDynamix for our ticketing & PM tool. Do you have any samples or screen-shots that can be shared?
