  • 1.  Explorer is stopping regularly

    We are using 6.9.01 (upgrade pending) but we have noticed over a few versions that the 'All Repositories' next the search bar disappears and restarting the service helps fix this. Sometimes the service stops altogether.


    We have moved Explorer onto a dedicated server which hasn't improved matters. 


    Has anyone else experienced anything similar? How did you resolve it?


    We have opened a ticket with CA but its difficult to pinpoint the cause.

    We are using 6.9.61. Our reporting team have develop requestq on the elasticsearch database. When they launch big request, the explorer 's service shutdown ...

    No soluce for this time. We study to found another method to work with the elasticsearch database...

    Hello Philippe, newer version 7 of Dollar Universe that is coming includes the support of an external up-to-date Elasticsearch database which will allow to transform Explorer into a Reporter Server as well providing execution statistics.
    This should be available by end of 2021 so I suggest you to enroll the Demo / Roadmap sessions from Product Management to get a peek of it as that should prevent your problems.
