Advice on contents of logs

Quite new to dollar universe. Looking for some advice or pointed in the right direction. We have some errors in our logs:

 

|ERROR| request-worker-85 | com.orsyp.central.server.AuthentificationStdImpl | Passphrase not authorized for oem-db-live, request coming from:oem-db-live.open.ac.uk

 

Although I'm told all references have been removed from this server, I wondered:

 

1) How do you work out who the request-worker-85 is?

2) I have been checking nodes, uprocs, sessions and tasks to find any references. Is there anywhere else? Is there an easier way to do this to track down things?

 

Is there any other recommended routines to track down references.

Can you be a bit more specific, is this in the Universe log or a uproc somewhere. Also do you have the OS the node (if this is on a node) that this is running on as that could help.

 

If this in a log then there would be a time so could use that to find out what is going on.
