The following pop-up error message is received when attempting to upgrade the Univiewer Console (UVC):

This error indicates that both the UVMS and UVC have been installed into the same path and as a result, the .jar files are still in use by the Management Server and cannot be updated.
The solution would be to completely remove the UVC from "Programs and Features" and then reinstall, making sure that both the UVMS and the UVC are not installed in the same path.
