    What is the most current version of Applications Manager that supports Ellucian Banner integration?

    We are currently running Applications Manager 8.0 and would like to upgrade to the highest version that we are able while still being able to integrate with Ellucian's Banner product, which most of our jobs use.

    Applications Manager's integration with Banner is done via the RA Banner Agent. While the latest version of Applications Manager (version 9.2.0) supports Banner, there is a bug with Banner Capture Jobs causing them to Abort. With this bug in mind, I recommend upgrading to Applications Manager 9.1.3 or wait until 9.2.1 is released. Applications Manager 9.2.1 contains the fix to Banner Capture and has a planned release date of 01/11/2018.
