Errors in the File Server log (sldfsd.log):

DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: fs_treq - Error, domain (SUTILSTOR    8J) not found
DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: fs_treq - Error, domain (SUTILSTOR    8J) not found
DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: fs_treq - Error, domain (SUTILSTOR    8J) not found
DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: fs_treq - Error, domain (SUTILSTOR    8J) not found
DD MM HH:MM:SS YYYY: fs_treq - Error, domain (SUTILSTOR    8J) not found
This error message exist when you try to access the potentially corrupted Sysload history files.

    I suggest the below solution:

    1. Stop the Collector and File Server

    2. Backup the .dat and .idx of the below history file
    <SYSLOAD>/<hostname>_hst
    <SYSLOAD>/<hostname>_hstevnt
    <SYSLOAD>/<hostname>_hst-top

    3. Go to the <SYSLOAD>/tools folder

    4. Execute the rebuild command

    UNIX Agent :
    • Rebuild history files of activities:./sld_rebuild -hst_file <SYSLOAD>/<hostname>_hst
    • Rebuild history file of Alerts:./sld_rebuild -hst_file <SYSLOAD>/<hostname>_hstevnt
    • Rebuild history file of top:./sld_rebuild -hst_file <SYSLOAD>/<hostname>_hst-top
    WINDOWS Agent:
    • Rebuild history files of activities:sld_rebuild.exe -hst_file "<SYSLOAD>\history\activity"
    • Rebuild history file of Alerts:sld_rebuild.exe -hst_file "<SYSLOAD>\history\alert"
    • Rebuild history file of top:sld_rebuild.exe -hst_file "<SYSLOAD>\history\activity-top"
    5. Restart the Collector and File Server

You can find which metric is impacted by referring to the documentation: Agents Sysload : Définitions des métriques

For each type of agent, the PDF will allow you to see the name of the counter.

In the example above, we can see that the domain (SUTILSTOR 8J) is impacted. Refer to the type of agent (Operating System, Windows, UNIX ....):
