    The source IP information for any fraudulent/disputed transaction can be obtained from the "All transactions report".

    Please note this information is not available on "Transaction report by card number".

    Please run the "All Transactions Report" for the time duration around the disputed transaction timestamp, filter by the proxypan value and you will find the IP address information in the respective column.
