Hi all, It is found that scanned software reported as unknown, but if I deleted some files, the record is still exist, anyone know how to refresh it. How to refresh unknown scanned software?

Hi all,
It is found that scanned software reported as unknown, but if I deleted some files, the record is still exist, anyone know how to refresh it.
