Customized perl scripts for Palo Alto works for only 1 device out of 5 devices

Hi everyone

I want to capture configuration script on 5 PaloAlto devices by modify the perl script, the result is 1 device can be capture but the other 4 have an error message said 'SPC-OCC-10746: The operation failed. SPC-NCM-20007: Capture Running Script Returned Error [252]: Login error: Use of uninitialized value.'.

These 5 devices are the same model, same SystemOID, same software version. Can anyone kindly give an advise on error message or suggestion on how can I investigate further what is the cause of this issue?

Updated.

Since this thread got approved weeks later, this issue already solved.
What I did is changed SSH timeout and CMD Timeout for the script - from 10 sec to 30 sec. This changed get rid of the error message and can successfully capture Host Configuration on PaloAlto devices.
