Hey,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask....

We have an IT Client manager installed, and we have a repeating issue with some of our endpoints.
For some reason, these workstations stopped to talk to the administration server .we can not connect them with

caf ping  / camping

commands.
We also noticed that TCP connection over the management port fails .Tested via:

# powershell
Test-netconnecion 

When we looked up with logs from those endpoints, we have discovered a problem with component named ccnfagentapi.dll

Could not load ccnfagentapi - configuration is incorrect

This is a repeating issue with some of our endpoints - happening occasionally
What can I do to reslove this problem?

Not all Errors shown in the log files are real. It may be it tried one method and that was not available so it then tried another.....

By default the Agents messages are sent over UDP so your test would not have worked. 

If you have tried a few basic things and its still now working then open a support issue.
