Identity Governance Database Issue while upgrading to 14.4

Hello All

I'm trying to upgrade the appliance from 14.3 CP2 to 14.4
While upgrading Identity Governance I get an error while populating Ig Database structure on external database. Operation failed with error 20
It say to run the command populateIgDatabase but i get the same error.
Has anyone come across this issue ?

Hi,

Yes, I saw this, but is states that you need to open another SSH session to the appliance being updated and run the populateIgDatabase command in that session.

After that command completes go back to the original SSH session and click y to continue with the patch installation.

[INFO] Updating the Identity Governance database structure
Database update for IG failed
Please open another shell and run the "populateIgDatabase" command in order to complete the update of Identity Governance tables
Once the operation completed successfully - respond with "Y" to the question below
[INFO] Populating IG database structure on the external database
[ERROR] Operation failed with error #20

Do you want to to proceed with the patch installation? (y/n)
