Joerg Liesenfeld has been a support engineer for nearly two decades. Today, Jorerg is a familiar site in the and supports as a dedicated engineer in Germany. He says he has been with CA for so long because of technical challenges, and the great support team in EMEA.
“Support has changed at operational level here – but overall the always and ever most important thing is: The Customer. That will never change (I hope) and having a very good relationship to the customer is a requirement for support.”
Joerg says the CA communities help him keep that focus on the customer.
“The Communities provide customers the communication entry point to our technical organization. This is an important tool/service.”
Outside of work Joerg keeps the focus on his family. They have one gorgeous dog named Aaron, a cat, and a rabbit all living in their big garden. He also spends any other free minute he has just having fun with "friends on wheels". (Wheels include MTB-riding, Race-biking, Triathlons, SuperMoto and much more!)
"...you only have few years time for this ," says Joerg. "Life is just great!"
Even with all of our new communication tools and self-service technologies, Joerg keeps focus on continuing to develop personal relationships with his customers and give them the best support possible.
