Lawrence Yeo has been with CA for nearly a decade. He currently supports CA IT Asset manager, and from our office in Sydney, Australia. We asked Lawrence, What has kept you at CA for nearly 10 years?
"CA products and clients provide a continuous learning curve and a stable environment. I always feel a sense of achievement being able to solve a problem and to help someone at the same time.”
Lawrence says that the CA communities give everyone an insight into what CA’s global customers are doing with the products and the types of projects they are embarking on. It enables support to collaborate, connect and rapidly give customer access to experts and information. Lawrence believes that knowledge articles helps customers find solutions as well. Not only more efficiently, but with higher quality information from product experts.
“The core Support values have not changed from 10 years ago when I started, however, much more focus has been placed on customer satisfaction and self-service.”
Outside of work Lawrence likes to take up a new hobby every two to three years. He has tried fishing, exploring places and food, and delved into mechanicals. He has also played tennis every week for the past 22 years! His latest hobby is pictured to the right.
