He also recommends Customers check the Knowledge Base before opening an issue. He says that likely the issue has been raised before and we have a resolution for it. No everyone has time to read all the documentation, so searching the knowlege base is a great alternative.
When Vimal is not working at CA, he enjoys servicing his own car, taking long drives and exploring new places.
