Q: Is there a good way to search for Risks. The overall search will not look at them as the are not considered work items. Is there a good way or external way to search risks like there is for milestones.
A: You can search for Risk objects using the global search, you can type: "RI54" for example to search by formatted id as you do other objects. Also, you can search for Risk objects using the Custom List app (available in app catalog).
Q: We need a view for all tasks and USs in progress grouped by team members. We also want to see which team members do not have any work in progress. Work views do not have tasks as a separate artifact. Tasks page has a group by option but does not show team members with no work assigned in progress. Thanks
A: For User Stories, best to use Plan -> Work Views that includes a Group By view, where can be set by 'Owner'. Tasks aren't on Work Views. For Tasks, we recommend you use this app that can show you a Task view grouped by user stories where you can see the owners as well: https://github.com/RallyTechServices/TaskBoard
