Dear Community Member,

We are pleased to open up the Survey to know more about our Customer(s) running DE R11.3 Server on 32-bit OS platforms. Today, DE Supports wide variety of platforms including Windows, Linux, Solaris Sparc, AIX, HP-UX, zLinux.

We see more advantages when Customer(s) runs 64-bit DE Server (installers) on 64-bit operating systems. This is because you can increase the default Server heap memory to beyond 2 GB based on your future workload demands. If you run the Server on 32-bit OS then you are limited to max of 2 GB increase in server memory heap size. Other than this you will get more performance and faster throughput on 64-bit operating systems.

As we are planning to drop support for 32-bit DE Server installers as part of our post R12 releases, we would like to know how many Customer(s) still runs DE Server on 32-bit operating systems.

Here is the survey that we are requesting you to input - https://www.research.net/r/CJ3HNS7

Appreciate your quick response on this.
