I already have a VCP-DCV 2021 and 2023 Certification and want to link to my Broadcom profile

Hello everybody!!

I already have a VCP Certification wich I was used to access the certimetrics portal with my personal e-mail address, wich my VCP-DCV 2021 and 2023 certification was linked to.. but want to link it to my Broadcom profile.. how could I do this with my work (company) e-mail?
