I bought a spring subscription a few days back. The instant I purchased the subscription, my spring academy account died on me. On login attempt, it gives me "500 | Server error"(PFA error image). I have talked to 4 support agents, spending hours trying to explain and getting information out of them, I have raised an ticket(23480071511), called (+18774869273), and mailed to mylearn_support@vmware.com about the issue. 7 frustrating days and still the "500| Server error" is slapped on my face when in try to login to spring academy.
All these vmware people just keep showing me screenshots, "See this dashboard, its says active."
People its not letting me login. I paid 352$ for this course and over a period of 7 days i have not been able to access it.
I am hopeless at the moment. No one has reached out to me asking the problem i am facing, but instead showing me things and issuing statements.
Now I found this community. A ray of hope for me. People, please help me get my spring academy account working by forwarding my voice so that someone from the vmware team can hear my cry for help.
