Pass Exam 2V0-21.23

On November 6th I took and passed the Vmware 2V0-21.23 exam, apart from the score report received from Person Vue I have not received any other communications, for work reasons I urgently need the certificate in PDF format, can you tell me how it works and if I can write to someone, to be precise I have already acquired the VCP certifications in the past since 2009 I have the VCP3 - VCP5 -VCP6, VCP 2019. Can anyone tell me who I can contact for support, after the switch to Broadcom it is a labyrinth you can't understand anything.

You should have received an email from CertManager confirming your results. See the Library resource "How to Navigate Certification Manager" to find your certificate.

Yuna, I can see you exam complete and certification awarded on Nov 28. It can take 24-48 hours for the results to arrive from Pearson to CertMetrics

You should receive your official VCP certificate directly from Broadcom's CertManager, but delays are common since the migration. You can open a support ticket through the VMware/Broadcom certification portal and request the PDF-they usually respond within a few days. Meanwhile, I used DumpsLab practice materials during prep, which helped a lot, so hopefully this gets sorted quickly for you.
