The SYSVIEW Product Showcase presented via webcast in July 2025 is now available on Learning@Broadcom. SYSVIEW SMEs covered the following topics:
- SYSVIEW Application Server (SYSVAPPS) and Conditions Application
- New SYSVIEW Conditions Storage Type: Users of the Conditions Application can now store Conditions, Collectors, Schedules, and System Groups definitions in regular USS Files. This eliminates the need to install and configure IBM VSAM RLS.
- JVM & WAS Liberty Updates
- JAR Explorer: SYSVIEW now lets you explore the contents of JAR files using a new command named JARINFO. The command helps you gain insights about the Java applications that are running on your site and inventory the third-party software that is packaged with the JAR files.
- WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Liberty server: SYSVIEW users can now view information about the features that are both installed and currently active within a WAS Liberty server.
- MQ Shared Resource Monitoring
- Supports the monitoring of shared resources for MQ queues within queue sharing groups, specifically queue depth. It streamlines resource management while reducing system overhead, allowing for better management of failover.
- CICS Enhancements
- CICS TS 6.3 ETP Open Beta support, along with several CICS Command enhancements.
