The VMware IT Academy program has been discontinued by Broadcom, the parent company of VMware, following their acquisition of VMware. This decision affects academic institutions and students who relied on the program for software access and training. The last day to purchase new subscriptions was August 15, 2024, and existing subscriptions will be honored until their expiration date.

The VMware IT Academy program has been discontinued. Broadcom, the new owner of VMware, ended the program on August 31, 2024. This decision means that new subscriptions to the program are no longer available, and existing subscriptions will not be renewed past that date. 

I'm as VMware Certified Instructor, was teacher also of this wonderful program (VMware IT Academy) it's shame :(
