I don't know what level of learning entitlement is given to partners. If it's not an Enterprise Learning Subscription (or the equivalent of that) there won't be live labs.
I was told that partners get NFRs, although I think I mentioned in another of your posts I don't know how those are managed.

even for partners? This is weird. How can we learn it when we doesnt have access to HoL's and also to NFR's.
When its somewhere written that the HoL's are for these groups and these can use only prerecorded material.
Even Broadcom has done many new good things but I thing in the hurry they made ale many mistakes or forgot many other things or people ...

I believe there are different entitlement levels for the on demand courses - 2 of which get access to the content only including guided lab videos, and another level (Enterprise Learning Subscription) which also gives access to live labs.

I'm going over some needed courses (Install, Configure and Manage for vSAN, NSX, VCF, etc...) for doing certificate and in many of then is spoken that we can try all in Hands on Labs. When I have log to the HoL's then I was unable to find there the needed HoL's and also in courses I was unable to find links for it.
Has anybody some experience with it and can help to find the needed HoL's?
