I looked you up in Credly based on the email address in your account and nothing is found. This means you haven't created that account in Credly. Do that first, then log into CertManager and connect through the 'Share' menu. You also have two accounts with the same gmail address. You should get those merged. For your name correction, you need to work with Broadcom support.

My name appears with a corrupted character on Broadcom because the initial letter of my name is a Turkish character. I'm not sure if this is the reason, but I cannot correct my name.
