    Well, after some digging I found the resources. Nothing to do with the link in the VCI classroom tools doc. They're in the comminities for each product.

    I am getting  error  " Plugin is not supported " while playing  education videos . for example while trying  to play some training video ( brocade SAN ) i am getting the error . it was working fine for me few days back . please look  in to it . tried to create case for it but not sure under which category i have to create.
