Update (9/8/2020) -- we’re are now accepting additional applicants for the beta!
Over the last year, the VMware Carbon Black macOS engineering teams have been hard at work researching, designing, and building a new version of the Carbon Black Cloud sensor that leverages the System Extensions framework announced last year.
In August we'll begin the first beta period for our macOS Big Sur-compatible sensor. You can convey your interest in participating in the beta by completing this short survey.
During the beta we'll ask you to test the sensor's installation stability, performance, and event capture. We may reach out to you to complete a quick survey or take part in a short conversation about your experience. Your feedback will help us improve the quality of the sensor and we appreciate your participation.
Please note: we will start the beta with a small number of participants and then expand participation throughout the summer. We expect to have a lot of interest in the beta, so while we will try to accommodate all interested parties, we may not be able to.
