Unable to install NSXT Advance load balancer

I'm using NSX-T version 3.2.0.1.0.19232597 and am trying to use controller-21.1.3-2p2-9049.ova file to start the advance load balancer install.

I have tried Firefox, Edge, and Chromefor the upload process but and neither will work.

Firefox gets to 100% and than starts over again.
Edge and Chrome goes to 99% and than stops

 

I than tried to use the URL option that gets me a bit further, but still fails with the following error

Signature verification of controller-21.1.3-2p2-9049.ova bundle failed. Verification failed for controller-21.1.3-2p2-9049.ova bundle. {1}

I have also tried being on the same switch, and same subnet as the host ruining NSX-T to rule out anything on the network, but I get the same results each time.

when trying the URL option from portal.avipulse.vmware.com, NSX-T gives an invalid URL right away.

 

I did check the hashes of the OVA and see that they match with whats posted on both websites.

 

Is there another way to get this OVA uploaded so I can move forward?

using controller-21.1.2-9124.ova fixed my issue but I'm not seeing another issue.  Will open another thread for that.

Hello oddie, please, did you find any solution to download the NSX ALB OVA (AVI)? thank you so much
