Remote Diagnostic not working

Hi Everyone, 

i am new to this Community  i need some help i wll be very thankful to you guys

so i deploy the Vmware Velocloud SDWAN Orchestrator, Gateway and Edges in my Pnet Lab environment. 

i am facing issue when to get to Remote Diagnostic option in Velocloud Edge it's not working not opening 

i saw some documents etc only i get that i need to edit System Properties in Orchestrator 

So which Option i need to change or edit? and what IP of i will put in Network Public Address? is it Orchestrator IP ? or my real Internet ISP IP

Thank you so much yes i put that VCO IP and now Remote diagnostic working fine :)
