NSX federation Primary and Secondary location pref

    Hi everyone,

    I have a question  on NSX federation. Let's assume we have two locations LOC1 priority Primary, LOC2 Secondary; Priority 1. 

    Let say LOC1 goes down, and LOC2 now become a egress point out of NSX, after  a few minutes, LOC1 comes back online, will LOC1 become A primary site again  i.e. will it preempt LOC2 because LOC1 has  is Primary site?
