How to forcibly delete a local manager site from Global Manager

I have a Global MANGAER and three local managers in my environment, and I have created T0, T1, and sementer on the Global Manager. My Local Manager site has malfunctioned and cannot be accessed, and there is no backup available. I am unable to delete the faulty Local Manager site or corresponding Edge interface information when attempting to delete it. Is there any way to force the cleaning of this information.
